Once you have a PAYPAL account set up you can then use your Visa,Mastercard or Bankcard to purchase your goods.
FREIGHT CHARGES
All fashion wear is despatched to Australian postcodes only as free freight .
All other purchases other than fashion incur a flat freight charge of $10.00.
Our New Zealand customers are offered a discounted freight charge for all purchases of $15.00.
Our Rest Of The World customers there is a flat rate charge of $25.00.
Returns Policy.
Four Hearts has provided our customers with size charts of all our designer clothing labels. These charts have been supplied to us directly by the designer.They should be used as a guide only. Please refer to these charts when choosing your preferred size for any clothing purchase. They have been provided for your convenience with the hope that when you receive your beautiful garment you are completely satisfied and ready to walk the red carpet immediately.
Return Policy For Fashion:
*Four Hearts Fashion offers a 7day exchange policy. The customer must email or phone Four Hearts to inform us that an exchange is required prior to the return of the garment.
*Four Hearts does not offer any refunds on any fashion purchases. However on fulled priced fashion items we are happy to offer you you an exchange of the item or a store credit that will last until you are ready to purchase again.
*On purchases of full priced garments : Should you decide to exchange your purchase for another style or size Four Hearts will re-send your exchanged garment for Free, however the customer must cover the cost of the return postage to Four Hearts .Please use an express post satchel which is able to be registered and tracked.Four Hearts takes no responsibility for garments that may be damaged or lost in transit on return to Four Hearts.
*On full priced garments Four Hearts will cover the cost of re-sending the exchanged garment if an error in dispatch has occurred or the garment is faulty.
If the customer has changed her mind the customer must pay for the return freight.
*Pre-Order and Save orders are considered sale items and as such no refund will be given. Four Hearts will offer an exchange or a credit note only. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the garment and with Pre- Order and Save orders the customer will be required to cover the cost of both the return and re-sending of the order. Please include a trackable Express Post satchel for the re-posting of the order.
* No refund will be given on sale items including Pre-Order and Save orders.

Be aware once a sale item is purchased the Sale is Final.
*Four Hearts takes no responsibility if the product is lost or damaged in transit on return to Four Hearts.It is the responsibility of the customer to locate the whereabouts of the garment should it not arrive at Four Hearts.
Be Aware-No credit note, refund or exchange will be given by Four Hearts to the customer unless the garment is received by a staff member of Four Hearts, regardless of the circumstance or reason for it's non-arrival.
*All products must be returned in a saleable condition. Unworn, unwashed , no perfume smells and tags still in place. If these conditions are not met the product will be returned immediately to the customer and no refund, exchange or credit note will be issued.
Return Policy For Giftware:
* Four Hearts Fashion offers a 7day exchange policy. The customer must email or phone Four Hearts to inform us that an exchange is required prior to the return of the gift.
*No refund will be given for an incorrect choice made by the customer.
*An exchange or credit note may be issued on giftware providing the product is returned in a saleable condition. The product must be undamaged, unused and the boxing must be undamaged and intact.
*The cost of the postage to return the product will be met by the customer. The product must be returned by registered post or some other traceable method of postage.
*Four Hearts takes no responsibility if the product is lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain the whereabouts of the product if it is not received by Four Hearts.
No refund, credit note or exchange will be offered unless the product is received by staff at Four Hearts ,regardless of the circumstance or reason for it’s non-arrival.
* The only situation where Four Hearts will provide the re-delivery charge
on returns is where the wrong item has been sent or the item is flawed.
* Please be Aware . There is no exchange or return on sale items. Once the purchase has been processed the sale is final.
